• A current BCBA certification and active LBA certification in Virginia or a willingness to obtain one.
• A strong passion for ABA therapy and a commitment to delivering exceptional care.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to develop and execute treatment plans tailored to each child's needs.

• A competitive hourly rate of $60 - $85/hour or $70,000 - $90,000/year.
