Position Overview

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated Early Childhood Educator and Curriculum Leader at our state-of-the-art early childhood center. This role is essential in shaping the educational experience for our preschool program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Inspire and guide a team of educators working with children from infancy to four years old.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Ensure compliance with state regulations, particularly Article 47.
  • Curriculum Development: Design and implement engaging and effective educational programs.
  • Center Management: Oversee daily operations and maintain a nurturing environment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with center ownership to foster a positive and productive workplace.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A valid NY teaching certificate.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • A passion for early childhood education and a joyful disposition.
  • Knowledge of child care operations and best practices.
  • Fire F07 / S 95 certification is a plus, but not mandatory.
