Job Overview

We are a customer-focused heating and air-conditioning company in Swannanoa, NC, seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Fabricator Apprentice to join our team. This role involves assisting with the fabrication and assembly of custom sheet metal products and equipment.

Compensation: $18-$20 per hour, paid bi-weekly.

Key Responsibilities

This position requires strong mechanical skills and the ability to spot problems and find solutions. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, accountable for high-quality work, and able to carry 100 pounds unassisted.

Required Skills:

  • Valid driver's license
  • Insurable by our insurance carrier
  • Basic safety knowledge of tools and surroundings
  • Ability to read a tape measure
  • Prior experience in custom sheet metal fabrication is preferred but not required
Schedule and Location

This position is Monday - Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm with some overtime. We are located in Swannanoa, NC.
