Veritas Steel LLC is seeking a skilled Fabrication Specialist to join our team in a 2nd Shift position. As a Fabrication Specialist, you will be responsible for performing all fitting operations, primarily including grinding operations, repairs, and miscellaneous tasks assigned.
Key Responsibilities- Operate Equipment Safely: Use proper safety procedures to operate equipment, including grinders, drills, and welding machines.
- Meet Production Demands: Meet high production demands promptly and complete high-quality work with expertise.
- Adhere to Company Policies: Adhere to company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work alongside and learn from experienced steel fitters to produce high-quality work.
- Maintain a Clean Work Area: Maintain a clean, organized work area to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Language Skills: Must be able to read, write, and comprehend English.
- Physical Abilities: Able to lift 40 pounds, push/move objects up to 50 pounds of force, and pull up to 122 pounds of force.
- Working Conditions: Work is performed indoors in a large warehouse or outside in all weather conditions.
