Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care through phone consultations, clinical video telehealth, and VA video connect services.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement care strategies.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and coordination.
  • Manage patient records, maintain accurate documentation, and adhere to regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay updated on best practices and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Active, unrestricted license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
  • DEA certificate and board certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) or American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a telehealth environment.
