">Job Description
">We are seeking an experienced CT Technologist to join our team at MO-SSM Health St. Clare Hospital - Fenton. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing computerized tomographic procedures for the diagnosis of disease and injury, according to protocols established by radiologists. You will prepare and position patients, select anatomic and technical parameters accurately, and administer contrast media and/or medications within the accepted scope of practice and applicable state and federal regulations.
">Requirements and Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- ">
- A minimum of an Associate's degree or completion of a Radiology certification program, registered in Radiology (ARRT-R)">
- No prior experience is required, but ARRT-CT certification within 12 months of hire is mandatory">
- A valid Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (BLS HCP) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)">
- A strong understanding of radiation safety procedures and guidelines">
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with constant standing and walking, frequent use of vision and depth perception, and occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing up to 50 lbs">
- An excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
Work Environment and Schedule
">This is a part-time weekend option position, working 24 hours per week, with Saturday and Sunday shifts. The location is SSM St. Clare Fenton, and relocation assistance is available for those who qualify.
