Job Description:We are looking for a friendly and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will work closely with customers to ensure they have a positive experience with our company.
Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues.
- Use technology to manage rentals and inventory, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain equipment on the lot, performing routine maintenance and repairs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 per year, based on location and experience. Additional benefits include health insurance, paid holidays and vacation time, and opportunities for career advancement.
