Pulmonologist Opportunity in Paradise

We are seeking a skilled Pulmonologist to join our team at Hilo Medical Center in the beautiful island of Hawaii. As a valued member of our medical group, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and equitable environment, providing expert care to patients with respiratory conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, including history-taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of respiratory conditions, including COPD, asthma, interstitial lung disease, and sleep disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, preferences, and medical history.
- Collaborate closely with our healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient encounters, treatment plans, and follow-up recommendations accurately and timely in our electronic health record system.
- Provide expert consultation and management for inpatients with pulmonary disorders.
- Conduct outpatient clinic visits for patients with respiratory conditions.
- Perform diagnostic procedures such as pulmonary function tests, bronchoscopies, and thoracentesis.
