Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Must hold or be able to obtain an Administrator's License.
Demonstrated success in sales and revenue/expense management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A commitment to improving the lives of seniors and addressing the needs of our residents.
Successful experience as an Administrator in Assisted Living, Independent Living, or Memory Care facilities.
Preferred secondary education but not mandatory.
Must comply with state vaccine requirements.
English language proficiency required.
CPR Certification is preferred.
Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.
