Job Summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join their team in Yakima, Washington.

This is a 13-week contract opportunity with a 40-hour workweek, offering a competitive pay package and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Operate MRI scanners and related equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Position patients and coils on the scanner table, ensuring safety and comfort.
  • Inject contrast media as required and set technical parameters for optimal image quality.
  • Monitor image data on computer screens during scans and recognize abnormal images.
  • Respond to life-threatening situations and maintain a safe work environment.
Requirements
  • Completion of a two-year approved School of Radiologic Technology.
  • Valid state radiology registration as required by state law.
  • Eighteen months of MRI Tech experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
  • Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology.
