We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services.
About the RoleThis is a full-time/ part-time position that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality patient care. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to providing compassionate and respectful care to patients and their families.
Responsibilities- To utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
- To collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
- To perform interventions according to identified priorities, plan of care, and hospital policies and patient care outcome standard.
- To revise the plan of care according to evaluation, changes in medical plan of care, and effective/ineffective nursing interventions.
- To use clinical judgment in evaluation activities to meet patient care needs of an assigned unit/floor including establishing priorities.
- CURRENT Registered Nurse (RN) License for the state in which the nurse practices.
- CURRENT PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- CURRENT BLS card.
- One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred.
- Peds
- GJ
- Seizure management
This role involves working in a fast-paced environment and may require flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The ideal candidate will be able to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks effectively.

The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000-$85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
