We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Operations Assistant to join our team at Elevate Global. As a key member of our staffing department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our staffing processes.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Assignment and Coordination: Collaborate with Staffing Managers to prioritize and fulfill staffing requirements, ensuring that all shifts are adequately covered.
- Job Fulfillment and Recruitment: Support the generation of a steady stream of applicants through internal and external outreach methods, including research and posting of job listings on suitable job boards and social media groups.
- Internal Outreach: Develop and implement effective internal outreach strategies to engage with staff and promote job opportunities.
- Applicant Communication: Support the communication with applicants, including making calls to applicants as necessary, and ensuring that Staffing Managers handle the final booking and briefing of staff for their activities.
- Education: High School Diploma
- Experience: 1-3 years of customer service or staffing and recruiting experience, with a proven ability to handle multiple projects, deadlines, and complex tasks in a fast-paced setting.
