Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Accountant to join our team at AC Hotel Kansas City Plaza. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial operations and be able to balance revenue and settle accounts nightly.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work well under pressure. The Night Auditor will be responsible for maintaining files, resetting the system for the next day of operations, and performing Guest Service Agent tasks and duties.

Responsibilities
  • Balancing revenue and settling accounts nightly
  • Maintaining files and resetting the system for the next day of operations
  • Performing Guest Service Agent tasks and duties
  • Auditing and reconciling cashiers
  • Auditing, reconciling, consolidating, and transmitting all credit cards on a timely basis
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous night audit/accounting experience or equivalent training required
  • Computer knowledge/Excel and arithmetic skills required
