We are seeking a motivated individual with a background in manufacturing to step into the role of Quality Assurance Specialist. This position is ideal for recent graduates who have completed internships in manufacturing environments.

This opportunity is with a well-established, family-owned organization that operates on a global scale, providing a supportive and dynamic work environment.


Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree with relevant experience
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and other quality management systems
  • Experience in conducting quality audits
  • Knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies and Lean Manufacturing principles
  • Experience in plastics manufacturing is advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across various departments and ensure accountability

Compensation: $65,000.00 to $85,000.00 annually
