Eclipse Bistro Restaurant is a mid-size, multi-concept restaurant group that offers highly competitive salaries and incredible growth opportunities. We are looking for a motivated, energetic, hard-working self-starter to join our team as a Mixology Professional.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year.

As a Mixology Professional, you will have the opportunity to work in an upscale, high-volume, full-service environment where you can demonstrate your ability to work within a team environment as well as lead others.

Your duties will include:
  • Strong communication and listening skills to interact with both guests and teammates
  • Professional knowledge base of classic and creative cocktails, beer, and wine
  • Interpret guest's desires and provide recommendations
  • Ensuring accurate accountability of food & beverage sales to each guest
  • Ensuring that bar area is properly inventoried and stock for the following shift
  • Base knowledge and understanding of the culinary menu
  • Keeps an efficient work pace that allows guests at the bar and in the dining room to be satisfied at all times
  • Have a general knowledge and understanding of Delaware Department of Health for food safety standards

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:
  • Excellent Emotional Self Awareness under pressure while maintaining a respectful, warm presence
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • 2+ years' experience working as a bartender
  • Ability to work nights, weekend, and holidays
  • Ability to multitask and take direction in high volume situations
  • Must possess Delaware Alcohol Server Training Card
