Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Merchandise Processor to join our team at the Lake Havasu Store in Lake Havasu, Arizona. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for processing donated merchandise, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and promoting a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process donated merchandise, including pricing and ticketing, to meet minimum quota and sales targets.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company standards and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store environment.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.
