Position Overview:
Chipton-Ross is seeking 17 Seal Assembler Bs for a contract opportunity. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work with various tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Interpret and comprehend technical work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
2. Apply sealant to surfaces according to specifications.
3. Install aircraft system components, including panel installations.
4. Operate various mechanical lifts, such as ladders and snorkel lifts.

Required Qualifications:
1. Familiarity with common tools and equipment.
2. Completion of the New Hire Training Cycle Flow to maintain necessary certifications.
3. Proficient in using a computer in a production setting.
4. Adherence to safety standards and use of appropriate protective gear.
5. Experience with mechanical lifts and various hand tools, including rivet guns and screwdrivers.
6. Knowledge of chemical solvents, sealants, coatings, and adhesives.
7. Ability to inspect work quality and identify Foreign Object Debris (FOD).
8. Experience with high-impact vibratory tools (bucking/riveting).
9. Physical capability to perform tasks such as climbing, crawling, and lifting up to 35 pounds.
10. Willingness to work in confined spaces and use a respirator.

Education:
Accredited High School Diploma or GED is required.

Work Schedule:
This position requires flexibility to work various shifts based on business needs.
