We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Starbucks Barista to join our team at Target. As a Starbucks Barista, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, crafting high-quality beverages and food, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and serving beverages and food in a timely and efficient manner.
• Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, according to Starbucks standards.
• Food Preparation: Prepare and serve high-quality food, including pastries, sandwiches, and salads, according to Starbucks standards.
• Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment, including the Starbucks area, by following cleaning and sanitizing procedures.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals, maintain a positive store environment, and provide exceptional customer service.

• Previous Experience: Previous experience as a Starbucks Barista or in a related customer service role is preferred.
• Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to greet guests, take orders, and serve beverages and food in a timely and efficient manner.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals, maintain a positive store environment, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Flexibility: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
