**Job Description:**
This is an exciting opportunity to join our customer support team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound phone calls, processing orders and referrals, coordinating branch transactions, and facilitating collections. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build positive relationships with patients, referral sources, and colleagues alike. **Key Responsibilities:**
  1. Answer and respond to phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
  2. Process orders and referrals accurately and efficiently
  3. Coordinate branch transactions, including deliveries, pick-ups, exchanges, returns, service, and repair/maintenance
  4. Facilitate collections and manage payment plans
  5. Maintain current knowledge of company policies and procedures, as well as medical billing practices and insurance requirements


**Requirements:**
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with medical billing practices and insurance requirements is preferred
