Position: Medication Licensed Nurse - Memory Care
At Blossom Grove Alzheimer's Special Care Center, we are seeking a dedicated Medication Licensed Nurse to enhance our community in Redlands, California.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of resident medication, treatment, and care as assigned.
- Supervise the facility during the Administrator's absence.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing the facility.
- Delegate authority and responsibilities to nursing staff as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and confidential resident medication and care records.
- Communicate effectively with doctors, families, and other relevant parties regarding resident status and needs.
- Foster a warm and supportive environment for residents and staff.
- Administer medications and monitor residents during medication times.
- Assist in the overall care of residents as required.
- Receive and manage medications from the pharmacy.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Active nursing licensure (RN, LVN, LPN, etc.) in good standing.
- Minimum of six months of experience as a licensed nurse; experience with seniors is preferred.
- Proficiency in English is preferred.
- Current CPR certification.
- A minimum of four years in clinical nursing practice or long-term care administration/supervision.
- Supervisory experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
