We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Atrium Health Charlotte. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading our team of nurses in the Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct regular rounds to ensure patient satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.
- Current RN licensure in North Carolina.
- Minimum two years of nursing experience, preferably in a medical surgical or telemetry setting.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- BSN required; RN candidates without a BSN must be enrolled in a BSN program within one year of hire and complete the program within three years.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
