Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement Robust Back-end Services: Utilize your expertise in distributed systems to design and implement scalable and secure back-end services that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Develop and Communicate Technical Designs and Solutions: Develop and communicate technical designs and solutions within the Web3 ecosystem, ensuring that our software meets the highest standards of quality and reliability.
  • Engage in Design and Code Reviews: Engage in regular design and code reviews, daily stand-ups, and agile development processes to ensure that our software is developed in a collaborative and efficient manner.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Emerging Technologies: Continuously learn from peers and stay updated on emerging technologies and methodologies in distributed node infrastructure and Web3.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Golang, Docker, Kubernetes, and a strong understanding of software engineering best practices.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of software development experience with high-scale distributed systems, including building, owning, and operating.
  • Education: BS/MS in a technical field such as Computer Science.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
What We Offer

As a Staff Software Engineer at Harnham, you will receive a competitive salary of $220,000-$250,000 + Equity, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including 401k, health, dental, and vision care.
