- Assist patients with activities of daily living, provide personal care, and promote comfort and well-being.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Perform various clinical tasks, including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and wound care.
- Assist with patient transportation and mobility, as needed.
- Respond to patient emergencies and provide life-saving interventions, as required.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Maine, active on the State of Maine CNA Registry.
- Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS required.
- One year of continuous CNA experience required.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to engage patients and team members utilizing the CMH Experience Standards.
