This role is designed to enhance the collaboration between Finance and Corporate divisions, providing strategic financial counsel to Corporate Functional Leaders and impacting critical enterprise decisions.

The incumbent will be integral to Finance, Accounting, and Planning operations, engaging in reporting analytics and insights, as well as offering internal financial support to Corporate General & Administrative functions, while reporting directly to the Director of Corporate Finance Business Partners.


Key Responsibilities:


Engage with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Business Units, Enabling Functions, and Strategy, to foster process enhancements, improve financial transparency, and address issues promptly.

Conduct ad hoc analyses for Executive Leadership, performing detailed financial evaluations to uncover trends, variances, and potential cost-saving opportunities.

Prepare essential Financial Reports, such as the Quarterly Business Review, which provides Executive Leadership with insights into Company SG&A expenditures.

Offer expert advice on navigating our financial systems and procedures.
Execute comprehensive financial analyses with a strategic lens on Corporate G&A Functions, converting data into actionable insights.

Manage daily Finance & Accounting tasks, including general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, and the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.

Develop and sustain advanced financial models tailored to assess project performance within the corporate structure.
Implement sophisticated performance monitoring, concentrating on key strategic indicators and financial metrics within Corporate Functions.
Support the annual budgeting and forecasting activities.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is required. CPA or MBA credentials are advantageous.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in Accounting or Finance is necessary.
Proficiency in Power BI, SAP, Analysis for Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and advanced MS Excel skills is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and foster personal and professional development in others.
Exceptional analytical capabilities with the proficiency to interpret complex financial data and deliver actionable insights.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with individuals across all organizational levels. Remarkable attention to detail and precision.
Capacity to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
