About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team at PSG Global Solutions Careers. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain all hallways, stairwells, common areas, elevators, mail box areas, laundry rooms, and model, corporate, and vacant apartments.
  • Clean and maintain all parking areas, sidewalks, and alleyways.
  • Maintain grounds, including lawn care, snow removal, and litter clean-up.
  • Attend staff meetings and resident meetings as required.
  • Assist with miscellaneous social program activities, such as set-up, pick-ups, and clean-ups.
Requirements
  • High School Degree or equivalent.
  • Full-time janitorial experience.
  • Plumbing aptitude.
  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • Familiarity with power, water, and gas turnoffs, clean-out traps, fire extinguishers, and fire systems.
  • Ability to be on call for emergency duty.
  • Bilingual.
