Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have excellent cooking skills and be able to maintain the quality and freshness of all Hot Choice Buffet products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Production: Prepares Hot Choice Buffet products, including Carving and Display Cooking products, according to Golden Corral recipes and procedures.
  • Grills all items: Ensures that every fried product is always fresh and hot.
  • Maintains cleanliness: Keeps the Hot Cook area and all smallwares clean and checks dishes for cleanliness before using them.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1+ years of cooking experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Skills: Excellent cooking skills, ability to work well under pressure, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
