Job Summary

As a Home Health Aide, you will provide assistance with daily activities, personal care, and medication management for our residents. You will also participate in activities programs and engage with residents to enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal care, incontinence care, and safety checks.
  • Participate in activities programs and engage with residents to promote socialization and well-being.
  • Assist with resident menu selection and serving meals in the dining room.
  • Perform environmental activities and duties, such as changing bed linen and laundry.
  • Document care provided in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements

We are looking for a caring and compassionate individual with a desire to work with seniors in a supportive and dynamic environment. A HHA certification is required, and a GED/HS education is preferred.
