Mobile Engineer

As a CBRE Mobile Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of building systems, including mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems. This involves overseeing maintenance and repairs, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and reviewing inspections to ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing maintenance and repairs to building systems
• Implementing preventive maintenance programs
• Reviewing inspections to ensure compliance with codes and regulations
• Coaching and mentoring team members
• Leading by example and modeling behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience
• Universal CFC certification and a valid driver's license
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information
• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset
