Key Responsibilities- Sales Objectives: Meet monthly and annual individual sales goals while working as part of a team to achieve the boutique's collective target.
- Selling Floor Management: Organize and prioritize the selling floor to support the sales effort and overall client experience.
- Inventory Management: Ensure all items are stocked at all times and maintain the selling floor to meet standards, including straightening, filling in, and replenishing new receipts following visual merchandising guidelines.
- POS and Customer Service: Process and ensure the accuracy of all transactions, including receipts, CRM files, and administrative support of after-sales service as needed.
- Asset Protection: Comply with all asset protection procedures, including employee sign-in sheets, bag checks, and key control and merchandise security.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Skills: Strong relationship development and communication skills, even-tempered with the ability to continuously multitask, self-starter with the ability to work independently while balancing collaboration with a team.
- Availability: Open availability to accommodate the needs of the business.
