Job Title: Salesforce Architect

At Tata Consultancy Services, we are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect to join our team. As a key member of our Salesforce implementation team, you will be responsible for providing technical oversight and governance for Salesforce implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance and oversight for Salesforce implementation projects
  • Lead technical and functional design sessions on architecture, solution, performance tuning, infrastructure, and security
  • Design and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Angular, React, and other technologies
  • Ensure system integrity and design solutions that meet business requirements
  • Advise and mentor diverse teams on application and integration development best practices
  • Manage the delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation
  • Act as a champion in the wider Salesforce partner ecosystem, sharing best practices and lessons learned
  • Contribute to technical aspects during pre-sales, proposals, and demos
  • Independently manage, analyze, and fix high-priority tickets and ensure smooth application operation

Requirements:

  • 10-12 years of CRM experience
  • 8+ years of implementation experience on Salesforce
  • At least 5 full implementation cycle experience in Salesforce
  • Sound experience in technical design and playing a Salesforce architect role for 3+ years
  • Thorough understanding of Salesforce development in areas of APEX, SQL/SOQL, XML/JSON, Visualforce, JavaScript, SOAP, and REST techniques
  • Experience in handling migration from legacy systems/legacy CRM platforms to Salesforce
  • Understanding of Salesforce sharing and OWD structure
  • Detail knowledge of Salesforce automation tools
