Physical Therapist Job Description

Plymouth PT is a state-of-the-art physical therapy practice with a strong patient population, delivering effective and personalized healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results.
  • Review medical records to determine required treatment and develop comprehensive programs to attain goals.
  • Provide direct patient care by established protocols and guidelines, documenting progress and instructions for patients and caregivers.
  • Ensure timely documentation, including daily notes, weekly reports, progress summaries, and incident reports.

Requirements:
  • A Master of Physical Therapy Degree (MPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree (DPT) from a CAPTE-accredited program.
  • Current state of Michigan license or ability to obtain Michigan license and CPR (English & Spanish) abilities are a plus.
  • Basic PC skills and knowledge of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, Database software, and MS Office.

Salary and Benefits:
We offer an annual salary of $77,500, based on experience. Our benefits package includes 401k, health insurance, generous paid time off, and CEU opportunities.
