Travel PTA Opportunity in Glenwood, AR

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Reliant - Nightingale of Glenwood. As a travel PTA, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our rehabilitation team.

Job Summary

The Physical Therapist Assistant will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitation services to patients in a variety of settings. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Assist Physical Therapists in the development and implementation of patient treatment plans
  • Conduct patient assessments and provide feedback to Physical Therapists
  • Implement treatment programs, including exercises, modalities, and other interventions
  • Document patient progress and communicate with Physical Therapists and other healthcare professionals
  • Provide education to patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques and strategies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A degree in Physical Therapist Assistant studies or a related field
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Arkansas
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
