We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Nutrition Therapist to join our team, supporting both acute care and outpatient programs.
This role involves providing medical nutrition therapy, including assessments, modifications, education, and interventions for patients.
About the Job:- Provide expert medical nutrition therapy services to patients
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver seamless care
- Train and mentor patient services staff and interns
- Contribute to patient satisfaction initiatives
- Degree in Nutrition or related field
- Registered Dietitian credential from CDR
- Licensure by State Dietetics Licensing/Credentialing Board
