As a Recreational Program Instructor, you will have the rewarding opportunity to guide children of various ages in mastering fundamental skills across our recreational offerings. Our diverse programming includes Tumbling, Gymnastics, Preschool classes, and Ninja training. You will be responsible for delivering a weekly curriculum that we provide, while also being encouraged to infuse your own creativity into the lessons.
We prioritize fostering a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants. As an instructor, it will be your duty to uphold this atmosphere and ensure that every student feels comfortable and supported in their learning journey.
Expectations for the Role:
- Deliver engaging classes based on our established curriculum and teaching methods (training will be provided).
- Offer an outstanding customer service experience, treating our members like family.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in our gym and lobby areas at all times.
