Job OverviewWe are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated individual who can provide top-notch care to patients. The ideal candidate will have at least 18 months of experience in medical/surgical units within the past three years and possess a GA or compact license in hand.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary range for this position is $150,000-$170,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Medical/Surgical Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting standard nursing responsibilities associated with medical/surgical units. This includes participating in virtual interviews, working 2-3 weekend shifts per month, and wearing navy blue scrubs. You will also be required to complete orientation as outlined with a 0.000 multiplier.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you must have:
- A valid GA or compact license in hand
- At least 18 months of experience in medical/surgical units within the past three years
- Relevant experience as specified
Additionally, you must be willing to participate in virtual interviews and adhere to the 50-mile radius restriction for travelers.
