This role is fundamental to the seamless functioning of our company, ensuring the precise delivery of all hardware-based solutions.
A typical day for a Logistics Warehouse Specialist involves tasks such as picking, packing, shipping, verifying, checking in, labeling, and organizing customer products.
The specialist is also tasked with loading outbound orders for our clientele. Team members collaborate closely with fellow warehouse staff to guarantee that products are received, stored, and dispatched in a safe and efficient manner.
This position reports to the Warehouse Management team and may be assigned to different warehouse locations based on operational volume and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Loading and unloading inbound and outbound deliveries
Documenting and accurately labeling incoming inventory
Organizing stock and packages for the receipt of completed purchase orders
Verifying orders and receipts for stocking and shipping
Sorting receipts by designated zones
Processing orders within our shipping system
Creating packing slips and shipping labels
Assisting in building and wrapping palletized shipments
Packaging orders to meet customer standards and adhere to company quality policies
Sorting, packing, and processing outbound orders
Adhering to safety protocols
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
Ability to operate a computer and navigate a Windows-based platform

Unique Requirements:
Availability for overtime and weekend work as needed
Physical demands include frequent bending, lifting, walking, and standing for extended periods
Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs
Additional Information:
The estimated hourly pay range for this position is $22.00, along with a quarterly bonus.
Compensation is based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location, and will vary among individuals.
