Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Car Sales Executive to join our dealership team at Southern Michigan RV. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upsell and cross-sell vehicles, accessories, and financing options to customers
  • Manage the sales process from start to finish, including test drives, negotiations, and closing deals
  • Utilize sales management techniques to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Conduct outbound sales activities such as cold calling and prospecting to generate leads
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate vehicle recommendations
  • Utilize dealership software systems to track customer interactions, manage inventory, and complete sales paperwork
  • Assist with inventory control by monitoring stock levels and coordinating vehicle deliveries

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in car sales or a related field
  • Strong mathematical skills for calculating pricing, financing options, and discounts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Proficiency in dealership software systems is preferred
