Position Summary: The Bakeshop Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the production of various baked goods, including morning pastries, preparation tasks, wholesale orders, and packaging. This role involves hands-on participation in different functions within the Bake Shop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage ordering, inventory control, and menu creation while ensuring the precise fulfillment of special and custom orders.
- Provide guidance to Bakeshop staff, ensuring adherence to cleanliness, hospitality, and production standards.
