Hospitality Ambassador

We're looking for a Customer Experience Host to join our team at Gastamo Group.

As a Customer Experience Host, you'll be the face of our restaurant, ensuring that every guest has a memorable and enjoyable experience.

• You'll be responsible for greeting guests, seating them, and managing the dining area to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
• You'll work closely with our servers and kitchen staff to ensure that every guest's needs are met.
• You'll be the point of contact for guests with any questions or concerns, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues promptly.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a full-service restaurant as a host/hostess or another customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Ability to read and speak English
