Job Summary:
The DoubleTree Hotel of Tinton Falls is seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for contributing to the day-to-day success of our hotel's culinary services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with our food and beverage policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.
- Develop and implement effective kitchen operations to meet the needs of our guests.
- Collaborate with our culinary team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in food preparation and presentation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in high-volume restaurant or banquet food preparation is preferred.
- ServSafe certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of steak temperatures and food safety protocols is essential.
- Leadership experience and ability to work independently are required.
