We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at WestRock. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, including electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic analysis to identify and resolve equipment issues.
  • Install and set up new equipment, including electrical and mechanical components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production and minimize downtime.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to optimize equipment performance.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with a focus on electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Operational knowledge of automated industrial machinery, including motors, servos, pumps, drives, relays, and power transmission systems.
  • Strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
  • Basic welding skills and knowledge of power transmission equipment and bearings.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
