UX/UI Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled UX/UI Manager to lead our digital product design team at Sally Beauty Holdings. As a key member of our product strategy team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional user experiences that drive customer engagement and loyalty.

• Lead a multidisciplinary UX/UI team to deliver high-quality digital experiences that meet business objectives.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and coherence across our digital products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management, to drive design decisions and ensure successful product launches.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a diverse team of UX/UI designers to achieve business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design to continuously improve our design processes and outcomes.

• 6+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong background in leading design teams.
• Proven track record of creating and maintaining scalable design systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and human-computer interaction.
• Experience working with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
