Job SummaryWe're seeking a per diem family medicine physician to join our team at our Strawberry Village office in Mill Valley, CA. As a per diem physician, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work on a part-time basis. This is an hourly role, and you'll be working with a diverse and driven team to deliver exceptional healthcare to our patients.
Responsibilities- See patients with a broad array of needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
- Treat patients in-office and conduct occasional tele-health visits
- Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams
- Utilize your clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
- Enrolled in or completed an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing all ages
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics
- State licensed in California
- Malpractice Insurance
- UpToDate Subscription
- One Medical Issued laptop
- Sick Time PTO eligible
The hourly rate for this role is $, and additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed the specified qualifications and requirements. The total compensation package for this position may also include benefits.
