Pizza Maker

We are seeking a skilled Pizza Maker to join our team at Beer Barrel Pizza & Grill. As a Pizza Maker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking made-from-scratch pizzas to our high standards.

• Prepare and bake pizzas to order, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Load and unload pizzas into and from the oven as needed.
• Follow proper cutting, traying/boxing, and garnishing guidelines for each unique pizza size and style.
• Use proper portioning utensils and follow recipe guidelines.
• Work cooperatively with other kitchen team members, servers, and management.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Ability to multi-task and complete tasks safely and efficiently.
• Assist with dough making, rolling, and prep as needed.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures as well as restaurant protocols.

• Must be 16 years old to apply.
• Strong attention to detail.
• High standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to lead and take direction.
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs, and stand and walk for extended periods.
• Working knowledge of restaurant kitchen operations.
• Team-oriented attitude.
