As a Pilates Reformer Class Instructor, you will be responsible for leading engaging and challenging Pilates classes for our members. If you are passionate about fitness and enjoy working with others, this could be the perfect role for you.
ResponsibilitiesDesign and lead Pilates classes for up to 5 participants at a time, ensuring a high-level of customer satisfaction.
- Create personalized workouts for private clients and provide one-on-one training sessions.
- Maintain a clean and organized fitness environment, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to member inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with the fitness team to develop and implement new programs and services.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Pilates Instructor certification.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with members and colleagues.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
