Accounting Supervisor Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team in a leading manufacturing company. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the company's financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and standards.
* Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to provide timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis, and provide insights to management for decision-making purposes.
* Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and adjustments.
* Support external auditors during the annual audit process, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
* 5+ years of accounting experience
* Manufacturing experience
* Cost accounting experience a plus
* Strong verbal and written communication
* Understanding and application of accounting principles/practices
* Strong business partnering and communication skills
