Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable Cleaning Specialist to join our team at ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning Advantage by Marshall. As a key member of our cleaning crew, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Compensation

The estimated hourly pay rate for this position is between $14.50-$15.00 per hour, depending on experience. Additionally, there is an opportunity to earn a $200.00 bonus upon completion of 60 days with good attendance and quality work.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our facilities through mopping, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, and other duties.
  • Clean restrooms and breakrooms, as well as take out the trash and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
  • Assist with training and ongoing coaching as needed to ensure high-quality work.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent time management skills, be able to work independently, and have a pleasant attitude. You should also be physically capable of wearing a backpack vacuum (weighs 8-12 lbs) for approximately 30-60 minutes and lifting up to 30 lbs. on occasion.
