Innovative Solutions & Support is a leading international avionics supplier to civil, military, business, and commercial markets and operators.

We are seeking a skilled Powder Coater to join our team in Exton, PA.

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing all required elements to finalize production powder coat process, including wall bump-outs, facility finishing, and individual venting ducts.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning and pretreatment of bulk bond 741
  • Final wash/rinse with DI wash through DI water tanks
  • Utilization of existing Powder Coating Module with multiple filters
  • Disposal of waste and DI water through Safety-Kleen

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience with powder coat techniques, ISO 9000 experience, and excellent communication skills.

Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 40# and pass an eye exam.
