KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct routine monitoring and upkeep of designated IT systems, applications, and servers.

  • Collaborate with team members to uphold security standards.
  • Ensure regular backups are performed across all environments.
  • Assist in managing relationships with third-party software and hardware vendors.
  • Demonstrate strong documentation capabilities.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation as required.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associate's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 6 years of practical experience in hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • At least 3 years of experience with VMWare/Hyper-V virtualization, SQL Server, Active Directory, centralized antivirus solutions, patch management, and backup management.
  • 3 years of experience in deploying, managing, and troubleshooting Windows Server and client operating systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Server, virtualization, and clustering technologies.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with RMM platforms.
  • Familiarity with Storage Spaces Direct clustering.
  • Knowledge of Azure services.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

  • This position offers a direct hire opportunity with a competitive salary up to $75K, commensurate with experience. Comprehensive benefits include full medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with a 401K plan and additional perks.
