Job Title: Sushi Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled sushi chef to join our team at ODETOKYO, an intimate members-only club that creates unexpected experiences. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in sushi or omakase preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare traditional Japanese sushi rice and other ingredients according to food health and safety regulations and restaurant standards.
  • Chop, slice, and fillet various kinds of fish and other ingredients as needed.
  • Place orders for supplies and manage kitchen stock effectively.

Required Skills:

  • Advanced knife skills and knowledge of Japanese cuisine.
  • Experience with sushi preparation and presentation.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Main Days Needed: Friday and Saturday.

Salary: $40 per hour.
